What are your strengths that are most helpful to staff (teacher)?
The strengths that I have that are most helpful to staff or teachers are I am very organized and reliable. When I see thing that need to be done I will do them, I don't mind doing extra work if it helps the staff.
What additional skill would you like to gain?
I would like to gain additional skill in being able to help solve problem and being able to listen and understand the view point of the other person. I would also like to be able to learn how to deal with stress in the work place.
