Core Values
My three core values are honesty, respect and compassion. You have to have honesty and be truthful to others in leadership if you want to be taken seriously. You have to respect yourself and others to gain respect in leadership. In leadership you must have compassion for others all these things to begin a great leadership.

although i did not list this as one of my core values, I do indeed believe that honesty is a very important value. without honesty, no one could be trusted. in that some sense, if we are dishonest with others we are dishonest withourselves which makes it even harder to live an honest life.
